A Gift for Yourself this Christmas
This time of year, we are trying to find a perfect gift for those we love. We try to find something that shows how much they mean to us, that fits in our budget & is something we they will like & appreciate. But when we think of a gift we can give ourselves, do we take as much time & care? Do we even think of ourselves at all?
Giving ourselves a gift is important. But what do we really need? Someone’s undivided attention & time? To feel safe? To find peace? To take time out?
When we practice yoga, it in itself gives many gifts. When we give the gift of yoga to ourselves, we have more to give others.
Here are a couple of short articles to help remind you how & why to keep practicing over the holidays.

I wanted also to thank all of you who have done yoga with me. You are a gift, that teaches me & helps me to find my own gifts to share. In class, I gave a small gift to say thank you, with the note below attached. It is a reminder to us all that material gifts are not the only gifts we can give this Christmas.
