

Spring Balance
Today is the first day of Spring, the Equinox. Equal amount of day & night. It is also a super full moon. So a day that is about balance also has the effects of a full moon, a time that can make us feel a bit out of balance. How do we keep balance when things are feeling off? By taking time to be mindful & present, to breathe & pause, between all the things we do. To plant seeds in our practice that can grow as we attend to them, moment by moment, bit by bit. Watching


Just Start Over, Again...
I have been lax in writing this blog for a while. I sit down to write & what come ups seems empty & not that worth saying. So I walk away & let it be for another week. I thought this was procrastination, that I have written about before, but this feels different. It feels as if I’m frozen & unable to get out what I want to say.
