

3 P's of Yoga & Life
I am re-posting part of my blog from around this time last year. It is still relevant, as a way to to do our yoga & to live our lives. In our culture it seems at times we want things now, we want everything to come easy & don't want to work for things. This is not how you get to what is meaningful & important in your life. Instead look at things like practice, patience & persistence as a new way of slowing down, making an effort & again & again & keeping at it. A simple


Moving Through Our Obstacles
You may or may not have heard yet, but big changes have happened in my life. After 2 years, I finished my Level 4 training with Numa Somatics for Conscsious Breathwork. Once I finish all my follow up work I will be a Facilitator. During this training we were asked to let go of something that has been holding us back. Mine was procrastination. Since I was a child if I came against something that felt uncomfortable or that I was unsure about, I would put it off. Thinking
