A few FAQ's about Yoga...
With any new venture, there is always bound to be questions and concerns. Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions regarding yoga, yoga classes and what you may expect from participating in yoga.
Do you have to be flexible to do yoga?
Absolutely not! The beauty of yoga is that it is accessible for EVERY BODY! Saying that, not every yoga class is perfect for every body. Please note that if you have previous injuries or limitations, contact ACYOGA and we will find the best class to suit your body.
What do I wear to yoga?
Whatever is comfortable for you to move around in! We aren't a hot studio so no need to worry about overheating. Whatever you do, don't get hung up on clothes. Yoga isn't about how you look; it is about how you feel.

Is there an age limit to who can do yoga?
Our clients range from young children - to energetic 90 year olds! If you are willing to explore - you can do yoga with us!

Are there any prerequisites to taking a class?
The only prerequisite is that you show up. Show up with an open heart, mind and body and see what happens. The beauty of yoga is that it is all about what you choose to do on and off your mat that counts.
But it is best not to have a burger, fries and beer then come to yoga. You might not feel too good! Try to have a moderately empty stomach and ensure you are well hydrated before and after class.

What is your return/refund policy?
Sometimes life gets in the way and you aren't able to make it to your yoga class. We get that and do our best to accommodate our clients within our means.
Registered Yoga Classes: Class credit with Doctors Note or
very extenuating circumstances (such as a death in the family)
Workshops/Trainings: 1 week before: Refund - 20% admin fee (this covers our credit card fees and time)
48 hours before: Studio credit on our account for the amount of the workshop
24 hours before: no refund or credit unless there are extenuating circumstances.
