ONLINE CLASSES
We at AC Yoga feel practicing yoga is important to keep you healthy.
My classes at YogaMcc have in studio or virtual options, so you can practice in your own home or at the studio.
Lunchtime Yoga for Healthy Backs is virtual only, you receive a recording so you can do this class anytime you like for 1 week.
Setup Zoom on your computer, laptop, phone or tv.

Setup your yoga mat and any props you may have at hand like bolster pillows, blankets, blocks, strap & massage balls. Place the video in a place where you can easily see while doing your practice.
Find your stress levels being reduced and your immune system being supported. All while staying connected to your yoga community. At the end of class, stick around for a few minutes to chat after class if you like.
