
Extraordinary Day - Summer Solstice & Full Moon
Today marks the Summer Solstice & Full Moon. A rare occurrence, next time I’ve read is not until June 21 2062. So this is something special. A day that the Sun (our masculine energy) & the Moon (our feminine energy) are both at their most powerful. I take this as a day to find balance while basking in this day all about light. NOW, it’s not the past, it’s not the future, it is this very moment in time. Why is it so difficult to be in the moment? Is it because when we are in the now, we have to feel ourselves? Our response often if we feel a discomfort is to go into the story why the discomfort is there, the past. Another response is how can we fix this discomfort, the future.
