We at AC Yoga feel practicing yoga is important to keep you healthy.  

So in this time of self isolation to help reduce the spread of covid 19, we are offering free yoga classes online to help with your physical & mental well-being.  

Setup Zoom on your computer, laptop, phone or tv.

Setup your yoga mat and any props you may have at hand like bolster  pillows, blankets, block, strap & massage balls.  Place the video in a place where you can easily see while doing your practice.

Find your stress levels being reduced and  your immune system being supported.  All while staying connected to your yoga community. At the end of class, stick around for a few minutes to chat after class if you like.
